I know you were going for the over-processed look. It is not my cup of tea, but the effect appears to be well done.

As far as a portrait, You have focused very well on his eye and the composition is very good. You have good catch lights. I like your lighting. It is a very well done character study of this gentleman. I like his expression.

I find the background rather cluttered and the light blue, violet and pink thing over his right shoulder a little bright as it draws my attention away from his face.

All this said, I find the photograph strangely compelling for some reason. The more I look at it, the more I like it. This is saying quite a bit, as I am from the old school of traditional formal portraits. Maybe my taste in tea is changing?
