He has an infectious smile and a comfortable presence. His body language is easygoing and casual, and the way his collar is open and necktie is loose goes along with that. The exposure is great and his white shirt doesn't detract from his engaged eyes.

I'd like to see some room between him and the background rather than his leaning right on it. I think a little more depth (even though you've achieved some depth by the angle of the background) would be nice and I wouldn't even mind seeing the whole number 57 behind him just as a sort of graphic element. Also, I notice his complexion is quite orange.
