Longtime since I last visited, thought I'd pop in and see what's new and this immediately caught my attention. I love catching unique trees myself, I think they really have individual personalities. This one is no exception, it's a real eye catcher and I can understand why you decided to point the camera at it. The light really works great here, creating a beautiful rim light distinguishing the tree from the background. Take care, and with Autumn coming closer, I'm sure I'll be back shooting again real soon!

Good to hear from you all! Tim, I like trees, too. I was in my boat near sunset, looking for bird shots when I noticed the light on this pine. It was fleeting, time for one shot and the light changed, so I was lucky. I'm looking forward to seeing more work from you, soon.
