I appreciate the combination of your photograph and the questions you are posing. They go together well. Excellent self portrait . . . feels honest and intimate. The composition is a statement in itself and highlights the intensity of the expression. I like the echo effect. I love the light outlining your face in the reflection. It is very shiny. That may well be the feel you were going for, but I think achieving a glow with less polish and shine would be in keeping with rest of the photo and be a bit more subtle.
