2002 October Rainbow

There is a lot of "weight" on the right side, my question is: too

The lake (or fjord) looks very deep from the sides of those cliffs!

Love the colors, even the greens in the hills.

 

It is hard to get the light reading just right, so the rainbows show up. Be nice if the boat were a little bigger.

 

 

When I first saw this I thought the rainbow was photoshopped. Seeing the second rainbow on the left I am led to believe it's really there.

Intense colors! I like it, it's a real attention grabber even as a small jpeg file.

Very well captured rainbow.

Atle, I feel this is an image with good compostion but the exposure or scan is lacking.

It is flat in tone and the right side with the rainbow is slightly overexposed.

 

I reset the levels in Photoshop, and burned the area from the Rainbow to the right edge slightly to create what IMO is an improved version.

Great Shot! The colors are really nice. The boat really makes us appreciate the size of the rainbow.

...BORING...without the bow it looks like a p+s snapshot and the bow only slightly adds to a dull shot...

It happens that the bow is the main subject. Also the Cappella Sistina is dull if you remove all the paintings from the wall...
