As a candid shot, this is great. I'm usually so clumsy, I end up waking my subject.

Now to composition. If you don't mind my asking, why did you feel you had to take this image in B/W? Maybe the use of colour itself would have added more character to your sleeping subject. Also, & correct me if I'm wrong, was a flash used? Because that extra light has washed out the subject a bit.....he's missing all his interesting lines & wrinkles. Try taking this sort of photograph without flash next time. I'd love to see that when you do.
