Two image images were used with a 210mm zoom to capture all of the detail in these mammoth peaks of Peru's Codillera Blanca. From the far left is the Huandoy Group (21,103 ft.), Huascaran Norte (21,991 ft.) Huascaran Sur (22,334 ft.), and Chopicalqui (20,968 ft.). This image was taken at sunrise from Huaraz. Huaraz was used a s a base camp prior to our trekking and offered me several opportunites to capture the peaks with interesting lighting.
