This is wonderful. I love the rich colour, the patterns and designs are amazing. I tried to look at it closer but for some reason it didn't enlarge. I think I can see where each individual patch is. It looks like some peices were woven, others embroidered. Facinating piece of culture. I love it.

I'm sorry if I annoy you with my questions, but virtually every shot you take leaves me wondering more. What type of building would have had this wonderful ceiling of textiles? Was this a special exhibit of some sort? I'm assuming these are all separate 'quilts' by different artisans that are placed contiguous to each other. At any rate, these are exquisitely beautiful, and thanks for sharing this lovely work of art.
