andrea-de-bonis 6 Posted August 6, 2009 this is a perfect bw for this subject. is full of tones that respect the uniformity of the bronze. good dof, but what i appreciate really a lot is the point of wiew. your choose to hide an half of the face on thr left is excellent, gives depth and drives eyes fronm the figure on the middle to the one on the right, and then on the last one.. an other point of wiew had destroyed this photo Link to comment
Donna Stavis 0 Posted August 7, 2009 An eerie, other-worldly backdrop, a centering that provides the middle figure to stare dead on at the viewer (we cannot avert our eyes), with his and their heads held high in dignity. The flower is poignant ; he carries beauty, gentleness in the aftermath of inhumanity that devastated the three. Of course, the fact that it got this far --- plenty of time to intervene and prevent this result. No sentimental feel here, more of sober presentation of history. Nice job, Alon Link to comment
John Peri 1,029 Posted August 7, 2009 A striking image rendered lifelike by your photo. The flower is definitely a plus .. Hope you are having a wonderful summer. I am posting occasionally from my laptop, but it is hard to follow and comment on people's work from the internet café .... it's over 40 C in here! I will catch up when I get home. Best wishes, John Link to comment

pnital 36 Posted February 27, 2010 The series of bodies and face expressions are accentuating the terrible era.You have well used this group of bronze people to express your message. the flower here on one hand is the antithesis of what the artist wanted to say, and on the other a homage for the victims. Well observed and executed. Link to comment
