paolo de faveri 1 Posted July 29, 2009 Yet another view of the Ardeche river gorges This is the opposite side of the Pont d'Arc, captured in some nicely soft light at dawn. I already posted an almost identical composition of this place a couple of months ago, though that other one was taken at sunset and it has a completely different character. Your C&C are as always highly appreciated, thanks in advance for your time. Details: Eos 50D, Tokina ATX-Pro 12-24 f4, tripod. Single exposure, with some local blending on highlights of a darker exposure coming from the same RAW. This is a pano from seven verticals, and I am afraid the regular size is just too small to fully enjoy it. So the larger size is a must click in this case, I'd say... Link to comment
roch 0 Posted July 29, 2009 Great composition! Maybe a little too cloudy inside the rock formation. But very good anyway. Link to comment
harrylichtman 0 Posted July 30, 2009 Paolo- Initially I thought that the arch was reflected in the lower left, but realized it was a pool of water reflecting the sky. Nice job balancing the shadows and highlights. The pano looks seamless. Regards, Harry Link to comment
