I love the Niagara region and when I visit from Montreal, it is like I am in a toy box. To be honest, When i first viewed this I thought that the blue was a little intense and I used the white water area as a basis for my assessment. When I observed the gray concrete, I concluded that since that part was 'ok' then the rest of the colors must have been as you saw it. Well done.

I had 2nd thoughts and decided to explore the color balance: I used PS levels and clicked the gray eye dropper on the concrete and this is what the 'new' version looks like but I don't know if this what you saw.
