trisha jean-angela 3 Posted July 28, 2009 Linda, This is SO BEAUTIFUL! What a great capture; I am always so envious of people who get to be near these beauties! I like your title for the image also. Very well done! :) Link to comment
ldavidson 4 Posted July 28, 2009 There are so many horses around here. Once in awhile we even see herds of wild horses, not these though. I don't know much about them, but I find them wonderful subjects to photograph. They are such beautiful animals. I am glad to hear you like this one. Thanks for your kind and encouraging comments. All the best. Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted July 29, 2009 Beautifully processed, Linda! The lighting outlining the horses is just amazing! This has an air of drama and mystery to it, and I think it would be perfect for the cover on a book about horses. Nicely done! Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted July 30, 2009 This shot is awsomely beautiful Linda.....it speaks of so many things....the raw wild nature of the horses; a poignant vision of what 'soulmates' can be....in any species....; I can almost feel their energy....kind of makes me feel envious....to possess that wonderful feeling of freedom and abandon.... Their silohettes against the 'turbulent sky' just adds to the energy in the photo....it is very moving and so very beautiful...no wonder you've been 'glued' to your camera the past few weeks......what an exciting shot!!! congrats!!! (PS unexpectedly SOLD ours and BOUGHT another house where my parents live yesterday....perhaps your kind thoughts helped....I like to think so!!!) Link to comment
ldavidson 4 Posted July 30, 2009 Bobby, thank you for visiting. It is good to hear from you. Keith, these two really seemed to be in tune and in love, it was very sweet and touching. That's what it looked like anyway, I don't know much about horse behavior. Gail, congratulations on selling your house! That is great. Now you get a dog. Yeah! I spent quite a while watching these two. As I said to Keith they realy seemed to love each other, glued at the hips. I don't know what horses think or feel. I'll have to do some research. Thanks for visiting. Link to comment
steve b 0 Posted July 31, 2009 This is a classic. Nice composition, the clouds are right on, great colors - looks like it's from a western movie. Gives the feeling of freedom. Link to comment
