Very good photo. The kida are really enjoying themselves, and the mother looks very content. It's like life at it's best.

A wonderful photo story, a happy moment captured. The subject movement enhances the picture very well.

Terrific capture, Congratulations.

All my best, Bill

lovely scene. great moment. love the contended look in the mothers face. like the use of slow shutter too. parts of the pic though look blown which can be easily corrected in pp, which i've seen you normally stay away from doing. your photos always have strong content which are marred by bad presentation. i tell you a little bit of pp ( as distinct from structural manipulation) can make your photos look much better than what they seem. regards.

One of the most beautiful images ever seen!

Congratulations.

The mother has a great natural elegance and an incredible poise, which contrast with the context in which they live.

The children are taken while doing the games in this part of the world (my) unfortunately today nobody play.

Rajat you are fantastic and each day that passes the more I appreciate your work and your character.

Your friend.

Stefano.

Well, Rajat, so you too have gray's nuances.

Actually I have not, in myself, many nuances. Too complicated.

Jokes aside, even if this version is nice, the 'color dimension' add something fundamental to this shot. Yout subtle distinction between "street" and "documentary" (I wonder if, as far as you were submitting the two pictures to the two different categories, you were smiling thinking to my future comment!) is definitely correct. This is a journalistic report, in this one I feel that you, the photographer, document but not share the moment. In the coloured version, on the other hand, I perceive the photographer as an active part of the story he is telling as if the story wouldn't have been the same without him. And this add participation and sharing to the story itself. The B&W (and many grays, of course) version tells me you've seen the scene; the coloured version tells me that you like what you have seen.

Now that I left a comment here I go to rate the other one.

Cheers

Mauro

much water has flowed in the Tiber since i submitted the two versions... i will only say i have waited with much patience (albeit after exerting a great deal of self-control) for you to make an appearance... thank you

ehm... much time... less than 3days.

Here it's summer, a wonderful summer indeed, with plenty of sun and nice days. In such conditions even the most avid critics go around, play tennis, walk on mountains, play golf, live outdoors.

Nevertheless, my dearest friend, I apologize to have asked so much patience to an eager banterer as you are!

My warmest regards,

Mauro

PS: I live in the northern part of the Country, so I don't know exactly how much water has flowed in the Tiber. To make the metaphor clear to me you should refer to the Adda river! heheheh.
