Skyline of Boston at the Waterfront - Comments?

I attempted to correct the perspective distortion in PS but that made

the top of the tallest building fatter than the bottom, so I chose to

leave the distortion

I got a call once from a man who said: "How can you claim copyright to a photo of my building?" (regarding this photo)

He did not understand...
