I really think this one is too realistic to be an abstraction, and too uninteresting to be a seascape. Perhaps if the photo were cropped to eliminate the foreground wave (up to just below the breaking wave off the beach, above the bottom third of the frame), and/or a much longer exposure used. They sky also has a tinge of yellow to it above the horizon, perhaps from the time of day, air pollution, or the crummy monitor on my laptop. I think it should be intensified or removed in post. Nice concept.

Thinking about your thoughts maybe you are right,this image is on the edge between abstract and realistic,and to be a pure abstract needs that kind of crop.Many thaks for your concept and interpretation.Best Regards

I think that D.B. is right. I think that a crop from the top would help. There is some nice water movement but it needs something more.
