This is shaping up towards my story...there are days where I like to

walk aimlessly....and clear the mind of all thoughts. I suppose we all do

Samrat, in this age, when everybody is running or walking briskly to their destination, ambling around the street is a boon. Photographers have enough time to look around capture memorable street-shots.Admirable composition & tone. I could not comprehend why have you beheaded the person? For the sake of originality?

 

 

dont laugh, but i thought to magritte, in london and in the 19th century..... the power of the photos

Fantastic abstract shot. I love the dissociation of the head from the torso. . Only one point, although the blurred image shows movement, I would have preferred a crisp image of the person.

Thank you for your comments. This photo was concieved as a "normal" street shot but somehow my subconcious crept in. There can be varied feelings experienced by the viewer on seeing this and so I have left the interpretation to the viewer. For me, it represents a dissociated state of mind that I experience from time to time. I have just started to try and portray myself through my photos.
