Ozgur: this is a candid shot but taken from a great distance at maximum zoom (35mm eq. 504mm); she was not aware of me; i did not seek her permission -- this was taken in April, where i focused i can't really recall but the photograph would suggest the baby ... thank you for your appreciation

Your Mumbai file is interesting and gives the viewer a glimps of everyday life in the city, This one is soft and beautiful, a bit sad as well. She does not look very happy but do look natural in her pose. well composed.(I do agree with the previous comment to clone out the hand on the upper L side. Nice B/W conversion.

A powerful image - there is something about her expression that is beguiling: one of contemplation - is this what life is all about?

You were kind enough to comment on a couple of my photos so I had a look at ALL of yours . . . at the time I was involved in a very long telephone conversation with woman in Mumbai.

She was assisting me resolve a modem / uplink problem we were having with our laptop.

By pure coincidence I am talking to her and looking through your portfolio to fill the time as she runs diagnostics  . . . AND this image struck me . . .

 

So: to this image – Oh yes – what is she thinking?
