This photo makes a very poetic statement bout the flowers in the clearing and one can see so many other members of the group standing about.

I know in a portfolio that one can't show every possible shot that might have been done, but I am wondering if the photo could have shown some of the others in the group in a way that they could have been included; I can't really tell if that would be possible because it looks like they are rather far apart, or is that just the lens and the angle the camera was pointing?

Again, the way it is presented draws attention to the lovelies in the foreground and that makes a very strong graphic image, but I was just wondering.

Hi Ray,

Yes, I was shooting at 17mm, so the flowers appear further apart than they actually were. They weren't really all over the place, but more of a patch of them in this clearing of birch trees. I did take a few with a longer lens, but wasn't able to capture the multitude of flowers. Thanks for looking.
