Excellent exposure and a very evocative image . May I suggest cropping the left and top giving a more landscape format . This would remove the distractions and make more room for her to gaze into , if you see what I mean .

Rajjat I call her Candy because in Spanish we have a saying, when we see a beautiful child, " Es un Caramelo" " She is a Candy". A wonderful image of a beautiful girl. To my friend that say that she makes him sad I say "we are all in the perfect place, learning our lesson" rejoice for her, she is working her Karma. Best Regards.

At William's suggestion, and Pnina's, I have posted a new cropped version of this photograph. Besides cropping as per their suggestions, no other changes have been made. I thank you for your visits and support -- rajat

Dear Rajat,

as you see I'm back. Just in time to appreciate this fine, delicate portrait, I cannot say how but it's evident to me that the POV in "inside" the subject. The soft backlight and the balancing direct light give 3D complexity to the picture that makes it really great. I don't think that the cropped version is better as well as I don't think it is the b&w one.

Compliments and let's chat by email

Very beautiful. The young girl looks so serious! I think I prefer the color version of this one.
