bettiecl 0 Posted July 8, 2009 How simply, but therefore all the more striking and convincing are you expressing the happinees in this meeting with yellow, purple and red in a basket. So well emphasised in the contrast with th BW of the rest of the scene. Toast to you Christine Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted July 8, 2009 The colourful flowers is a significant component here to enhance the b/w & the 'meeting' .Nice street shot. Link to comment

life-in-perspective 0 Posted July 9, 2009 Beautiful composition. Very good use of the tones. The flowers really are the most vital part of this composition. And one can imagine many things not there in the shot. Best regards. Link to comment
jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted July 10, 2009 Here in Miami there are what appears to be hundreds of ladies selling flowers every where! I have thought of taken their photographs, but You did it first. The flowers are so perfect in this image, so is the encounter that made the flowers be temporarely abandoned! Warm regards. Link to comment
Alex 0 Posted July 10, 2009 Crhistine, I think this is a terrific image with a very daring point of view that worked out wonderful. The touch of color just add to an already great image. The only thing that still doesn't quite do it for me is the tilt to the right. You've provably try it both ways already and chose this one, if you didn't I would just to see if you can make it even better. Congrats Alex Link to comment
