These Bald Eagles can change direction on a dime. Very fast for a large

bird. I wanted to capture the contortions of the wings/body in this image.

Details are good. But for the viewer the perspective means a lot more. The best position of the subject should be as far as our mind can grab fron the frozen object. Hence Horizontal may be with a little angle to highlight the agility would be a better position
