GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted June 27, 2009 Despite the raging winds, and the blinding rain, once the storm was over...the sun shone brightly. The garden was just 'heavenly'. Damp with perfume, the bees hummed, the birds sang joyfully, and I was at peace. (comments always welcome & appreciated...tnks, Gail Link to comment
morophaenixmau 7 Posted June 27, 2009 Ciao Gail! Thanks for your interest and comment on my "Window on Tuscany", but thanks more for the opportunity to know you, I hope a new PN friend for me and I for you, if you'll like it. I have visited your biography ( I like a lot to read and know life of people and I love people...who speaks about him/herself!...) and I'm very interested by your words, wonderful words! Yes Tuscany is a...too much lovely region but all Italy is wonderful, for history, nature, art,...a bit of all! Our Country is very very small, but full of a lot of true Jewels. I hope to have you on my portfolio and to meet you again! In this moment I'm at work, in hospital, when possible I'll visit all your porfolio:excuse me for my terrible English! For the moment,...Ciaomau! Link to comment

jtipton 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Gail, you have a wonderful knack for presenting these beautiful images. Always a pleasure and return wishes for a wonderful weekend. Jim p.s.- The closest I have been to a lightening strike was in a inbound flight to Denver. The passengers collectively sucked up every bit of oxygen out of the cabin. Not fun, but something I will never forget. Love life and live long. Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted June 28, 2009 Whew, I've always liked flying, but that is a little too close for comfort!!! I shudder to think of it....esp when you don't know when another one may waunder your way....I'm sure it wasn't the pleasantest of flights.....and then you had to do it all over again to get home......NASTY!! I've only even experienced a 'bit of turbulance ....once!?.....Sounds like you do a bit of 'traveling' with your job....I'm not a 'frequent flyer' but am getting real 'ansty for a vacaton. Thanks for your kind comments on this photo......The frame was an 'experiment in layers'.....I'm alwasy full of 'what if's'.......took a wee bit longer than I thought but thoroughly enjoyed 'playing'. You take care....We're suppossed to get thunder through the wee hours and rain in the morning also....but I hope the rest of the day is pleasant. Cheers, and thanks for your visit....sincerely, Gail Link to comment
