eyadnalsamman 0 Posted June 28, 2009 A VEry Very very meaningful moment. The natural effects are stunning and rich of many peculiarities. As usual dear Marina, you are the best in this genre of photography. Link to comment
laiyatming 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Wonderful capture, would it be nicer if the background is not white? Link to comment
yannik_hay 1 Posted October 20, 2009 Wonderful work Marina. I see that your main work horse for birds is the 100-400mm. I have the same lens, I have 2 cameras, the 5d2 and the 40d and I cannot achieve this. I would really appreciate if you could give me some tips on how to use the lens, aperture or shutter priority, the distance subject/camera plane, iso, speed etc. What ever the camera I use, I have much too many grain. I know I have to crop severly because the subject is too far away. I want to have the subject as close as this. Thanks in advance for your time. Link to comment
marina-cano 0 Posted October 20, 2009 Thanks Yannik, I usually take the birds pictures with that lens, aperture 5.6 and shutter between 1000 and 2500. In the place where I take my pictures, it easy to approach the birds. Link to comment
yannik_hay 1 Posted October 21, 2009 Thank you very much Marina for your tips, it is much appreciated. Maybe I have to micro-calibrate the auto-focus. Have a great evening! Cheers. Link to comment
