This marks my first use of Ilford Delta 100, a film with a tricky

reputation. I'd heard it was good for portraits, and I must say, as

someone who still cherishes the rough grain and contrast of Tri-X,

I'm very pleased with the gradation in tone, the sharpness, and the

fine grain. I think I'll be using this film again.

maybe Frank is in projection mode....I see he expression as more in the neighbourhood of wisful. Not sure about your choice of "cutting" her hands. And the black leg? divides her far side arm. But enough of that talk. Face, eyes, light on face all good. regards. Bill Gibson
