raymondborg 0 Posted June 25, 2009 Beautiful model with very good lighting. Very sharp eyes with excellent catch-lights. Natural smile and superb skin tones. I would prefer the background a little more out of focus so that the model stands out.........Best regards. Link to comment

tore 10 Posted June 25, 2009 Thank you for your comments, The light is natural light in the shade at midday and a narrow softbox with a flash that is a little higher than general light to fill in with the light in the face. Best regards Tore Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 26, 2009 Tore, Beautiful girl with lovely blue eyes -- Sharp focus on eyes -- Very well done make-up (especially well applied mascara). You have separated your subject very well from the background. She has a very pleasant expression. Her eye contact with the camera (viewers) is very good. I love the specular highlights on her lips. You could have moved in a little closer to her. There is too much head room and you could crop some off the bottom (at least up to the bottom of her hair). You have a bit too much room in front of her. You should position the tip of her nose in the vertical center of the photograph. You have her leaning her head back too much. There is an odd tilt to it. The background is not bad, but you would have drawn less attention to it if it was more out of focus. Your lighting is a little flat. She does not much depth to her. More use of shadows would have helped that problem. Her complexion looks nice and smooth, but perhaps a bit too smooth. It doesn't look quite real. It usually is not a good idea to remove too many pores. You want to make sure it still looks like skin. There are a couple of white specks on her jacket that should be removed. Nice shot, Mark Link to comment

jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted November 6, 2009 The strength of this image is her skin tonalities and the eyes. Sharo and with fantastic texture. Congratulations. Warm regards. Link to comment
andrzejp 7 Posted January 7, 2010 You have so many great pictures in your collection that it is hard to pick the one that I particularly like. I think that this one is splendid and remarkable. I like the contrast of the soft beautiful face with the harsh background. Light, facial expression and posing are superb. I agree with Mark that she could use a bit less headroom. Link to comment
