Knude Rubjerg Lighthouse overblown by dune sand

That's a very incredible phenomenon.  I'm glad I'm not the one who did the engineering plans for this structure!

this structure may have served during a useful lifespan, but nature took over. That possibility must have been known to the designers as the wandering dune is an ages-old fixture of the coastal landscape, in the past covering farms & villages too.

Sam, you have a wonderful image here.  I can't decide if I would have "cloned out" the people or not.  Maybe try it both ways.  Regardless, I like this image a lot.  Congrats

cloning out the people would rob this image of its touristic character, although it is an environmental disaster as such.
