jerrymat 5 Posted June 16, 2009 Johnny, You have all the photo craftsmanship nailed. The lighting and exposure are good, the depth of field works, your horizon is horizontal, the pose is provocative and the wet garment enticingly revealing. But ..... her expression is pained (maybe squinting in the sun?) When we see a pretty partly clad girl cavorting in the sun, we want to believe she is so happy to be with us that she is giggling and girly. Damn! One more thing to master, but I'm sure you will. wmc718 3 Posted June 17, 2009 Johnny, for what it's worth, I have to agree with Jerry 100% on this one. I even like the way her face is a touch out of focus. But she does look like she's straining. And Jerry, kudos to you for putting it all so eloquently. Best, Michael Link to comment
mikeseb 0 Posted June 17, 2009 As gorgeous as she is, the out-of-focus (?motion blurred?) face is a fatal flaw. It is out of focus in such a way that it does not seem intentionally done for artistic effect, but rather appears to be a problem of technique. Link to comment
