Well done. The hands have great character and a texture and color consistent with the pegs. Contrasting them with the geometric purity of the lacework is an excellent idea, and the black background shows your subject in sharp relief. The laceworkers I've seen make extensive use of pinning to stabilize their work, and I don't see that here. I wonder if this is a studio shot, or if your subject was isolated with masking.

Excellent lighting. I love the wrinkled hands...they add character to this image. The intricate lace patterns against the black background is perfect.
