Working Women 1

Gram Shree is a division of Manav Sadhna. It works for the empowerment of

women living in the slums. They provide the infrastructure, raw materials,

designs, necessary tools, and arrange the marketing; the women, the labor.

It's the best of the new pictures and the rapidly moving hand communicates the intensity of the engagement of this woman. The POV is very good and so are the light and the palette. The body of the woman seems out of focus, but it's not possible since front and rear plans are focused, so it has to be moved. It should probably have been better if, with the moving hand, the rest of the body had been perfectly motionless, but I suppose I'm asking too much. :-)

In any case the series of pictures (to which this one belongs too) documenting the social issues in the indian society is very educative for me and I want really to thank-you for sharing.
