I really like this portrait. You definitely engaged her with the camera and the composition and tones are really nice. The only thing I can see that might be criticized (I wouldn't even say anything if you hadn't asked) would be the fingers slipping in. They just seem a little wierd jutting in from the side of the frame. Obviously that's inevitable for this pose and close range, but it might bother some people.
