samrat 1 Posted June 10, 2009 I tried to clone out the tuft of cloud behind the lion but found that it was difficult especially with another bit of cloud just above the railing. So I let it be. Thank you for your critique. Link to comment
samrat 1 Posted June 10, 2009 Thanks for your comment. This person was a photographer; I just missed him focussing, but I think given the way he's standing here, this is a better capture. Link to comment

rajnishduara 0 Posted June 11, 2009 Sam, this is the best shot in many weeks from your side. Excellent composition. Truly the work of a master. This is one of my favourites in PN. Only critic I can suggest is that there may be a bit too much darkness in the bottom. Regards; Link to comment

joshloeser 0 Posted August 22, 2009 "Expectation" was the first word that came to mind for me when I saw this shot. Great work. It cannot be certain who is looking at who in this capture. Link to comment
maurocarli 0 Posted September 4, 2009 The vision of this image printed in a big format or, digitally, shown on a big screen, must be a breathtaking experience. Your excellent control of tones makes this a superb b&w. Thank you for your comment on my portfolio! Link to comment
randall ellis 2 Posted September 6, 2009 I saw this the other day when I was looking through your portfolio and meant to comment but somehow didn't. This has a very interesting feel to it. The lion in light with a dark sky while the man is dark with a light sky - this creates and interesting tension that keeps my eye moving around the image drinking in details. I think that the cloud is fine - it does not detract from the impact of the overall image and although this might seem stronger without it, it might also look contrived. The cloud prevents that and allows me to see this for what it is. Very nicely seen. - Randy Link to comment
