dougityb 0 Posted June 10, 2009 I don't have any specific questions, but just wanted to direct you to this, and all the other pictures in this 24 part series. Link to comment
cphilpott 0 Posted June 11, 2009 I have been pulled into this project as a viewer in a way that is quite overwhelming. The simple subtle lighting, the expressions and the background poster combine into a stunning series that seems intimate and powerful. The expression on each person is stunningly neutral, natural feeling and yet expressive and deep. Congratulations on a series that I would encourage you to present in a gallery space where each image can be viewed, printed much larger then life. Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted June 11, 2009 Craig, thanks for this generous comment! I'm very much indebted. Link to comment
aarkp 2 Posted June 11, 2009 i love this portrait, for her smile, her lively eyes, the slightly open mouth that suggests an open-ness, and for the slight tilt of her head... because it's natural, she is just being herself, not posing --- perhaps not the kind of input you want or need, but i just thought i'd voice my reaction to a photograph i liked Link to comment
marlabmarrs 0 Posted July 8, 2009 I like that the catch light really draw your attention to her eyes. Thank you for all your comments, kind words, and help on my work. They were muchly appreciated. =] I also like a lot of your other portraits. I was wondering, would you happen to have any other suggestions while taking portraits? Link to comment
