This is a good photo. Here is why I like it:

1- Beautiful B&W treatment, lovely tones, and good local contrast levels

2- The silhouette of the bird adds much to it, without it the photo would have lost some of its beauty

3- The atmosphere of this photo is very well portrayed, you can almost feel the wind!

4- Horizons in the middle are not usually good thing to do, but here the dark clouds above and the rocks below distract the yes from the real position of the horizon, i think this is nice.

5- Nice vignetting effect around the edges.

Negatives IMHO:

Nothing much really, but i think the cropping usually must follow a standard ratio ( 4:5, 3:2, 16:9, ...) this looks like 4:5 but i its not very clear. The THING on the lower left corner is distracting IMHO. I love to see names and copyright statements on the frame and not the photo, but this is very personal and to taste
