This photograph truely excites the senses if you came from the 'old school' ; when Ansel Adams was King. It is good to know that a black & white photograph of this calibur can be acheived with digital media.

A splendid bw that for me comes to make me feel so good,light and shadows,sand texture so well seen,sky with this thin clouds in contrast with rest of composition,no other words,all my best Radu.

One of your best dune shots, Rick. And that's really saying something. I had wanted to see a B&W rendition here, and I definitely prefer it. Beautiful use of lines and outstanding processing to bring out the contrasts and textures.
