Love this. Composition is excellent, appreciate the depth of field, color is marvelous, lighting outstanding, pose perfect. I don't think I'd change anything, but if I did, I would try centering the shot a little bit higher so the top of her head (with natural hair light?) isn't lost. That would still leave plenty of color from her shoulder to maintain the overall effect. But there is a strong chance that then I'd crop it back to where you have it now. Her hair fading into the top and side edge of the image frames her face nicely - a good reason to not recenter.
