myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted July 30, 2009 Thank you. Yes the touch. The lucky touch that is. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted July 30, 2009 Wonderful candid capture. Excellent B&W conversion. If this were mine, I would crop to a non-standard size and lose the black borders, which I find somewhat confining and a bit distracting. Great job! Cheers ~Alberta Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted July 31, 2009 Thank you for visit and comment. About your crop idea,It is a tight frame so I do not see anything or space that can be cropped. Perhaps post here and example of your idea for a crop. As for the black "frame". Many people have correctly commented on this. The "frame" is not a frame per se; it is just used to square off the photos for the thumbnail page. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted July 31, 2009 Hi Meir: All I meant was that it might center more attention on the terrific photo without the black borders. Like this. It's a personal preference. In most situations I prefer online photos that replicate what the eye sees and not as they would appear if matted, framed. As for the farm you asked me about in an email, which farm? Thanks Alberta Link to comment
