Easter Tree

No Color adjustments in PS. My cousin handheld a blue filter in front of the lens. When examine the slides from this session, this was the photo that best described the feeling of this evening. (Of course in reality the colors was more red/magenta.)

I like the blue tones. Handheld filter, how interesting. I was reading an article on photo.net a few days ago about adapting different attachements for nite shooting (in particular) Someone was taping theirs to the camera. They found that electrical tape let too much light in, but that film tape worked better. Just thought I would share that. The forum is probably still on photo.net somewhere, but I have not looked into diving into the archives on here yet.

Used a blue filter, hoping to achieve a feeling of low temperature,

which it was to a certain degree. Comments and ratings appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

Very lovely. Soft tones and just a hint of color in the sky have a soothing feel. If the tree was centered between the cliffs at lake level I think it would have been a better photo. Maybe a little off the top too but that is just preference.

i agree with the comments on the placement of the tree vs the mountains and the fjord, the problem was/is the left side, there is standing a high mast(telecom purposes) with some cables attached to it.
