davidorea 1 Posted May 30, 2009 Richard Hans, is to me, one of the best photographers I have ever known. What I like in Richard's works are four factors : Aesthetics, Originality, Diversity and a fourth factor that not always we see in the majority of other photographers works ... Elegance. When you see a composition made by Richard (Architecture, Landscapes, Cars, Portraits, Cityscapes, Still life ... etc etc) you will always find those four factors. Richard Hans... a courteous, generous, amiable and modest friend. Link to comment
rogerleekam 0 Posted May 30, 2009 David, the lighting produces a superb atmosphere, enhanced by the rich color and texture of the cloth. The eye flows easily from the left to the highlighted hands. Excellent use of negative space. I love it! Link to comment

amalsircar 2 Posted June 1, 2009 David, I agree with you entirely about Richard Hans. You have dedicated this elegant image to a great photographer, whose images we are deprived of in photo.net now-a-days. It is, indeed, a musical scene, literally and figuratively. Excellent cropping, very good exposure, and highly aesthetic. I bow to you ,David.Selecting this image for my favourite folder Link to comment

pnital 36 Posted June 1, 2009 I think this is one of your very best, the light is soft on her hands and clothe ,there is silence around, I nearly can hear the music. Interesting composition without her head, but her hands are so expressive that the lack of her head is not a problem. the color and form of the fabric on her shoulder is beautiful. A favorite.
