You captured the moving water beautifully here, and the rocks frame the object of interest (the water) nicely, forming a pleasing composition.

I particularly like the way the extrusive time works with the color here. Both convey the idea that the scene is constant in time, the color gives the impression on ageing and the extrusive time gives the idea that the water is moving and will continue to move indefinitely.
