The signboard and plaque that are visible on top also indicate some things. The plaque is inscribed in Hindi and reads: Bombay Hospital Trust's Medical Research Center was inaugurated by Mr G D Birla on 17 Oct 1972. G D Birla was one of the most famous industrialists of the country. The decaying lower sign in Hindi says 'Public Telephone'. Link to comment
