I presume the flower is no longer in the ground. Forgive me if I am wrong. The vantage point is excellent. You see to have 3 very prominent dust spots on your sensor which would be easily cloned out.

Thanks for your thoughts - glad you liked the shot. No, it was removed from the ground for this shot. The 3 spots you refer to (low, near to the stem?) are infact the OOF seeds that are being blown away. The same goes for the other small white OOF spots. I felt it needed more DOF and I think the fact that you confused these with dust spots comfirms that I needed more?
