About the notation, years ago photo.net changed the notes from 10 points to 7 because people always were giving 9s and 10s. And they explained that the normal note should be 5/10 or 4/10. So, it's not a problem.

About this 3/7, aesthetics are different to every people and culture, so I'm not sad or shocked. Maybe it's a New Yorker, that knows the place and didn't find anything new in this view. It's like me when I see pictures of the Eiffel tower ! :-)))
