Soaring Over Old San Juan

I felt so small when I took this photo....this building seemed so out of place

on the streets of Old San Juan.....comments welcome, Always, Gail

This is a very soft and muted esthetic, which is consistent with the architecture and its exterior stucco colors and finish. Quite sensitively seen, composed and crafted. The human figure adds just the right amount of scale too.

Thank you Keith.....I've loved this shot (esp since it was with my 'borrowed' Dad's Olympic E1) and I had 'no clue' of what I was doing.......but took my chances...amazed at what I saw on my screen when I arrived home...but was not sure just how to process it.....until last week......3 years in a file.....sure glad I kept it...and esp. with your inspiring critique.....feel much better about it now....tnks so much....sincerely, Gail
