Pretty girl - Sharp focus - Make-up applied well - Nice expression - She is separated from the background nicely

 

The color, stripes and white circles (knobs?) in the background is very distracting (It draws the viewer's attention away from the girl) - I have no idea why you would want to shoot her in a horizontal format with all that wasted space in front of her?

 

Her eyes have catch lights, but they are a line of reflections with a red cast to them. That is annoying. Her skin has a yellow tint to it. I like the pose, but if you would have her turn her head a bit more toward the camera she wouldn't have cut into her right eye with the bridge of her nose. Burning-in of the background is too noticeable - even around her head! The burning-in of the edges to help keep the viewer's eyes within the photograph must be very subtle. To be effective it should not be noticeable.
