She's a lovely model...charming face...sweet smile. Light is very good on the face and shoulder. Her skin tone is excellent. Background is fine. Its a very well taken photograph. About her pose I'm not too sure. The awkwardness I think is with her left hand, just the forearm is visible and seems to be popping out of nowhere. It also blocks out the left shoulder which I'm sure would have looked lovely in the golden light.

Please note I have never taken such photographs myself...yet (but would welcome such opportunities) so...

@ Rajat, others have remarked similarly about the pose here as you did - I will put up a different pose from this sequence of shots.
