gooseberry 0 Posted May 26, 2009 I was surprised how my own perception of colour changed when I turned surrounding colours into a gray scale using selective desaturation -- at first I left the aureole too, but it just looked SOOO orange I couldn't believe my eyes, as if it was badly painted in PhotoShop! -- guess it goes to show how much we see colours "in the context," so to speak. See the previous picture for the unaltered version; no surprising hues there... Link to comment
