Nice photo! I'd suggest burning in the corners a little bit, especially the lower and upper left, to keep the eye from being pulled away from the subject.

Of all the baby feet pictures I've seen (and there are sooooo many) this is definitely the best because the little bandaid and wrinkly feet show this baby's only a few hours old or so. This is precious.
