Les, in my opinion, you haven't gone too far...is to the point. The lighting and the accurate treatment of the room is well balanced to appreciate the details and at the same time the background is perfectly deffined...the textures of the grass, the fence...a wonderful work. Kind regards, Luis

I think it is a tiny bit too far with the window light ,which is very strong vs. the inside of the room soft light and shadow ( which are beautiful). It is still a nice photo, for my feeling I would have reduced a bit the intensity of light on the window.( I think it will look more natural, of course for my taste;-))

This is beautiful. Wonderful tones and atmosphere. It feels quiet and solitary, especially with the single chair in the corner. Even though the world beyond looks warm and inviting this room feels in-escapable. Incredible work.

This is excellent, much better than the normal PS hack. I'm a sucker for shots like this. I would love to see it larger.

Oh this is a joy to view. Very Beautiful lighting and the soft effect works very well. Take care.

PS I'm sorry Im not sure what type of bird those are that I photographed.

It's an historic site, rather than a museum. It stands on a hilltop above the Altmühltahl We were given a tour by a local guide who spoke German with a horrible Swabian accent, so I can't tell you much else.

Les, I'd like to see the original photo.

It's hard to give you usable feedback without the 'control' photo.
