mark_ensbey 0 Posted May 26, 2009 I really liked this image. I also like the contrast between the still reflections and the fast drop of the falls. Very well done. The crop of the photo is also spot on. Good work Link to comment
jessschugardt 0 Posted May 29, 2009 Beautiful lighting love how you got the water to look that color what shutter speed did you use? Link to comment
jgalyon 0 Posted May 29, 2009 Jessica, thanks for your comments! I'll look up the shutter speed right away and place it here in the next few minutes. John Link to comment
jgalyon 0 Posted May 29, 2009 Jessica, It was shot at f32/ 1.10 seconds, ISO 100. As best I can recall...I also used a ND filter, as it was getting late in the a.m and the sun was shining brightly...much too brightly for a long time exposure. Hope this helps! JG Link to comment

soniam 6 Posted January 3, 2012 What a stunning image! not easy to get such perfect exposure on running water when its as sunny as this. Superb work. I love the colours and reflection. I enjoyed looking through your gallery very much. Thanks again for your honest comment Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted January 3, 2012 Beautiful composition John. Love the 'green' and the reflections of the trees, the soft flowing 'falls' is also well done. Kind regards, Gail Link to comment
