Joe, this is such a SWEET picture! I wish we had Titmice (or titMEEces??) near our house. I've never seen one in our backyard however. You're really fortunate (I am of course assuming this IS your yard….)

Your composition is wonderful as is the color and contrast. My ONLY suggestion would be to bring out the 'light' in the birds eye. Looking at it enlarged I can see the light but just barely. Consequently it causes the eye to look rather 'dead'. If you change that I think you'll find the whole vignette much nicer.
